It’s official; the record label currently home to acts such as The Quireboys, Bonafide, Screaming Eagles and Massive Wagons, are proud to welcome to the roster all female rock outfit from Glasgow; The Amorettes!
Guitarist/Vocalist Gill Montgomery says, “ We are so excited to be a part of the OYR family! The support they have shown so far for the album release has been fantastic and we are really looking forward to a long relationship with them. We cannot thank them enough for having faith in us!”

Jonni Davis CEO OYR comments: “We’ve known The Amorettes since they first entered one of our band contests, Highway to Hell a few years back and have watched their career form since then with great interest. After listening to their recent studio output, it seemed only natural to look at this as a long time venture and literally, take the bull by the horns and drive it round the world. I love three-piece acts, a class all female outfit from Scotland, makes it even more of a pleasure.”

The band had been hidden away at the Ecology Room Studios in Kent immediately after their outstanding performance at Planet RockStock, in order to record their new album with Grammy Winning Producer, Chris Tsangarides (Thin Lizzy, Judas Priest, Gary Moore, Tom Jones, Depeche Mode, and many more), release details of this album to come soon.
