We are Witch Trail, a black / thrash metal band hailing from Belgium.
When your band was created?
We were formed in 2012.
What the style do you play?
Black / thrash metal.
How could you describe your music by several words?
We worship everything that once was, and what should be.
What is the main theme of your lyrics?
We pretty much write about everything we think about, we don’t really have a “main theme”.
What would you like to achieve with the band activity?
Annihilating the standard “norm” that we see in metal music today.
How many gigs you have played so far and maybe you visit another countries with concerts?
Didn’t really count them, but I guess somewhere between 20-30? The farthest we played from our home town was Amsterdam.
Is there anything very important about your band what SHOULD know fans and labels?
Listen to our music and come see our gigs, you’ll know enough.
What the formats you would like to see your releases, CD, Vinyl, Tape…? And how do you see future of physical releases?
We release our music on everything physical. Tapes, vinyl’s, CD’s – you name it. Fuck downloadcodes.
When you will get label deal, would you like to help to the label with promotion from your side, or you want label do all without your help?
We’ll keep doing promotion from our side, but help from a label is always nice.
What’s your reaction towards negative opinions about your music?
We don’t care, we don’t make this music for them. Healthy criticism, on the other hand, is always appreciated.
And last question, how do you like our webzine, do you have some remarks towards its look or functionality?

Witch Trail is a three headed blackthrash band hailing from Belgium. The members are:
Laurens – vocals / drums
Jeffrey – vocals / guitars
Roel – bass
So far Witch Trail has released one EP and a 7” split vinyl with Sepulchral Voices, their next release will be another EP named “Call From The Grave”, which will be out soon enough. Also, we have some plans for the not-so-distant future. So stay tuned.
