Uh, there are so many bands with similar title… But luckily I got one among better ones!

Deathcult‘ path is pretty interesting and glorious. First demo was unleashed back in 2012, then, two years later they unleashed the very first EP (killer one by the way), and finally, two years after, read – now, they recorded and issued their first awesome album, which will see the light of darkness on September, 16th.

So what’s so great on this record? All is simple, simple as fuck of fly. This is great album because here is purest form of old-fucking-school Death metal!

Nine tracks of bloody hell, twistedm raw and fucking killer death metal, highly influenced by our favorites ala Death, Possessed, Morbid Angel and early Sepultura! Can you imagine how’s heavy sound is here, hehe? Each song sounds like some nuclear warhead, launched directly from deepest hell, to unleash and destroy! Merciless rhythms, deep growls, massive drumming and just vortex of sickest yet catching rhythms! Additional bonus for your soul – just incredible cover version of Evil Dead! Argh!

Deathcult will get its high level among all the fans of pure death metal! Total support and huge recommendations! Death metal underground is still alive!

Cheers from France / Rob

About the author

All that stuff about heavy metal and hard rock, I don't subscribe to any of that. It's all just music. I mean, the heavy metal from the Seventies sounds nothing like the stuff from the Eighties, and that sounds nothing like the stuff from the Nineties. Who's to say what is and isn't a certain type of music?
