“Vacant“ is the debut album of the one-man band Ashbringer, and with it, Ashbringer join the swelling ranks of folksy atmospheric black metal. The genre can feel oversaturated at times Ashbringer, though, do it right, bridging the worlds of landscape atmospheric black metal played by bands like Wolves In The Throne Room and the comparative playfulness of Falls Of Rauros.
