Deadspace is an ambient depressive black metal band from Perth, Western Australia.
With the debut record “The Promise of Oblivion” already under their belts, the outfit have a distinctly cohesive, yet sporadic weapon at their disposal.
Combining a smorgasbord of misery drenched vocals, treacherously uplifting melodies, driving percussive integrity and more mood swings than a schizophrenic pregnant woman.
Like a helpless seal in the jaws of a killer whale, the listener is dragged beneath the surface of the darkest waters, savagely tossed around and slowly torn to pieces in a torturous undertaking.
