What the genre do you play?
Black Metal.
How could you describe your music by several words?
Chants and poetry crafted for the transcendent black hearts. Esoteric visions against the conceptual egoism of the human fate.
What is the main theme of your lyrics?
Anti-cosmic poetry and catastrophic philosophy.
What would you like to achieve with the band activity?
Spread the plague against the cowardice of modern man.
How many gigs you have played so far and maybe you visit another countries with concerts?
Apognosis don’t play live and will never be.
Is there anything very important about your band what SHOULD know fans and labels?
Nothing less than Apognosis.
What the formats you would like to see your releases, CD, Vinyl, Tape…? And how do you see future of physical releases?
I prefer mostly vinyl and tape than cd. CD is already dead. Thankfully, vinyl and tape have survived. Quality-wise nothing can compare the feelings you get when you listen to music from vinyl or tape. So far nothing can “kill” them.
When you will get label deal, would you like to help to the label with promotion from your side, or you want label do all without your help?
Co-working with the label is always my goal. I hate having a contract with someone just to release my stuff. However, I will never quit to spread my work by myself as far as I don’t get self-ridiculed.
What’s your reaction towards negative opinions about your music?
Opinions are like assholes. Everyone has one but most of them stink.
And last question, how do you like our webzine, do you have some remarks towards its look or functionality?
I would say that the webzine stands for a professional, well-structured website with a lot of news feed.
