BODE PRETO “Mystic Massacre”

Bode Preto – yeag yeag fucking yeah! Brazil – I was always impressed by Brazilian metal scene, and I was always sad by the fact Brazilian metal scene have so liitle coverage in Europe and USA (I mean small bands), but real metalheads always supported Brazilian hell. Bode Preto means “Black Goat” in Portugese. Also, Bode Preto contains musicians from such great bands like Diabolic Force, mighty HOLOCAUSTO(!), Grave Desecrator… All of these bands means many for me, so I was really glad to listen to Bode Preto.
If you think real Black Metal is dead – then you must go to suck your moms tits, and Bode Preto is one among the best examples of that. Musically here is real, deeply dark and obscure Black metal of hell. Chaotic and straight-forward at the same times guitars, blasting and devastating drumming, unholy screams, crushing bass lines… Sometimes classical black metal rhythms ala massive mixture between early Mayhem, Dark Funeral and Marduk (attention! I do not compare the music, I just means that I have heard the similar way of sound’s execution), mostly by guitars and drumming. The whole sounds is not so raw, but more massive, or semi-raw – semi-massive if you wish. 14 tracks (including intro and outro) on just about half of hour… Yeah, this is the case when you really feels lack of playing time of the album, mostly because you do not have feelings liks “oh, the next song” etc, but you have just “what a fucking killer stuff” and next “huh, shit, the end”. Really, I do not use any empty words, I was very impressed of this album, and I’m dare to highly recommend it to all the fans into pure metal of darkness!
Wait for only blasphemic and cruel, fucking priest’s ears and souls music, with high speeds and reeeally pressing down atmosphere! Fuck off!
