Hi! I’m good. The weekend is here and I’m ready too get the party going.

When was Angerman founded?
It was founded in 2005 by me and Tom. We always wanted to play together, but we were always in other bands. The chance presented it self, and we took it.

You have released the album via WormHoleDeath records entitled ”No Tears For The Devil”, tell me about it.
The album began a slow birth way back when, but with a couple of years changing out members it did not come together as a hole before we ended up with the members that’s in Angerman today. Now we finally have the “blend” that we we’re looking for.

Did you receive nice reviews about the album?
We have gotten great reviews I think. But how could we not? It’s an awesome album.

We have been on a kind of hiatus given that the drummer has been living quite far from the rest of us, but he’s back now and so are we. Writing new songs will begin at once.

What are the lyrical themes and who use to write the music?
I let my unconscious do the writing. What stays on paper has meaning for me, but maybe others read it different. I don’t know. The music always begin with a riff or two from Tom or Tommy and then the whole band kind of jams it together.

There exist some influences?
All the good ones:  Alice In Chains, Soundgarden, Down, Clutch, Meshuggah, Machine Head, Tool, Metallica, Black Sabbath etc.

Any shows confirmed so far?
Not yet. I’m hoping that we can get ourselves a european booking agent so that Angerman can get out into the world and rock out in the near future.

Do you have a message for the Angerman fans?
Angerman will be upon all of you playing live shows and hopefully soon there will be a new album too release.

Thank you Michael, cheers and all the best!
Thank you! Enjoy & rock on!
