Interview with Alessio, the guitar player of the Black metal band, Malaflame from Italy.

When was the band formed?
The band was formed in mid 2012 as a new incarnation of the band Horta funebra, when the old guitar player left and I entered stabily in the band.
You have no releases, just a split album. What can you tell me about this split?
We released a promo cd in 2013 and a split album in 2014 with our friends Berstot. This was an old idea to do a split release, we are old time friends and we wanted to do something together. Initially we wanted to do a split 7’’, but they had these 4 tracks unrealeased and so we decided to do a split album instead. The Malaflame tracks are rough, recorded directly in our rehearsal room.
Are you going to release a new album soon?
Yes, we already recorded all the tracks for the new album, after the mix and mastering we are ready to release it! 10 track of pure old school desecrating black metal!!
Any shows confirmed for this year?
We were supposed to play in Germany this October, but we had to cancel our partecipation for various reasons. When the album will be released we will do some gigs to promote it, no tours or fucking pay to play!
What are the influences of the band?
Sex, beer, Satan and the Vatican ahahah
