Wormwood: concert review (By Carla Morton)

 Location: Question Mark Club Bucharest (14^th of July 2015)

Last year Wormwood played in Bucharest to November To Dismember fest and I missed them, but this summer I did not and I don’t regret it!

Wormwood is a Swedish Black N Roll metal band, which kicked the show in Bucharest. They played during the Tyranths Of The North tour, along with the Swedish Death metal band Of Fire.

Wormwood started the show with Wyrd song and closed the show with the song To Worship (full playlist I’ll mention below).

Being just right in front row, the atmosphere was so exticing, I really enjoyed them and I waited so much to see them as said I missed them last year. I’ve seen other underground bands but as them, not, they were simply great, the public was active and enjoyed them at max. Some people from the public I’m sure have seen them live last year so they were glad to see Wormwood again, the club was full indeed (Question Mark is a small club, still nice the club was full during the Wormwood show). After the show, I had the occasion to interview the guitarist (Rydsheim) and the drummer (Johtun), a second interview I did about Wormwood (I also have to mention they are all nice guys).
 Definitely, they will be back, I hope very soon,I want to see them again, the public want them back, Wormwood want to be back aswell, they felt great in Bucharest, soon will be much cool as they said next year they might release a new album, so lets prepare for a new adventure!

 Wormwood is truly a great band that need to be heard by more metalheads around the world and don’t hesitate in giving a try to this Swedish Black N Roll band. If you like is good, if not, that’s fine too.

And yes, I say it again, the show kicked ass!
