We are Encrypted, from Oulu, Finland.
When your band was created?
We created this line-up, and started playing in 2009.
What the style do you play?
Technical DeathMetal with prog. influences.
How could you describe your music by several words?
Loud, agressive and metal as hell.
What is the main theme of your lyrics?
Insanity, Death, Fear and the Occult… what else is there?
What would you like to achieve with the band activity?
A recording deal, a reputation in the metal scene, and shows around the world.
How many gigs you have played so far and maybe you visit another countries with concerts?
So far only about a dozen gigs locally. We are working on expanding further.
Is there anything very important about your band what SHOULD know fans and labels?
We are hard at work with new material.
What the formats you would like to see your releases, CD, Vinyl, Tape…? And how do you see future of physical releases?
We see all of the above as good ways of releasing music, and feel that physical records and vinyls are still viable options.
When you will get label deal, would you like to help to the label with promotion from your side, or you want label do all without your help?
This is our project, and we would work together with the label to make it work.
What’s your reaction towards negative opinions about your music?
We take critique well, and improve if we think it is necessary.
