Progressive rock/metal from Australia. Here we go with exclusive streaming of their new single. Ex Curia’s music influenced by Karnivool, Opeth, Tool, Dream Theater, Machine Head, Porcupine Tree, and many more…

“Combining a multitude of different musical backgrounds and writing styles, the goal of Sydney based Progressive Metal band Ex Curia is to create music that inspires others on an emotional and intellectual level; music that is unique and interesting while still being enjoyable. They released their debut album in 2013 and just recently released the new single “Amaterasu”.
Ex Curia initially began as an outlet for Sydney based singer/producer James Devlin to write heavier and more complex music. Combining musical influences from Karnivool, Tool, Opeth and many others from the diverse backgrounds of the band members, it became apparent that Ex Curia was a band to watch.
With constant growth as artists and new material being written, Ex Curia’s momentum is growing, and their style and fan base are thriving.”
