My name is Ryan and I am a prolific musician involved with such acts as The Howling Void and Intestinal Disgorge.
When your band was created?
Pneuma Hagion was created in January of 2015.
What the style do you play?
Ominous, cavernous black/death/doom similar to a blend of Beherit and Teitanblood.
How could you describe your music by several words?
Claustrophobic atmosphere and suffocating darkness.
What is the main theme of your lyrics?
Ophite and Luciferian Gnosticism.
What would you like to achieve with the band activity?
I would primarily like to spread the music itself around the world. Perhaps in the future, live performances might follow.
How many gigs you have played so far and maybe you visit another countries with concerts?
None so far.
Is there anything very important about your band what SHOULD know fans and labels?
Pneuma Hagion has a distinctive style which radiates discomfort and oppressive darkness.
What the formats you would like to see your releases, CD, Vinyl, Tape…? And how do you see future of physical releases?
I enjoy all kinds of physical releases. I think they will become more and more rare as time passes, but quality is always more important than quantity.
When you will get label deal, would you like to help to the label with promotion from your side, or you want label do all without your help?
I would be glad to work alongside a label to ensure that more people hear the music and feel its effects.
What’s your reaction towards negative opinions about your music?
People are entitled to their opinions. So be it.
