GODZILLA IN THE KITCHEN reveal new Drummer and collaboration with Broken Music

GODZILLA IN THE KITCHEN welcome their new drummer Thiago Presto from Brazil. The band starts into a new era and can also announce a long-term cooperation with the booking agency Broken Music.

Godzilla In The Kitchen and Felix Rambach go their separate ways. The trio around Eric Patzschke and Simon Ulm have been making music together since 2011 and can look back on many successful years as a band and many exciting experiences. The separation took place at Felix’s request, the band wishes him all the best and much success on his future path as a musician.

Fortunately, the two founding members Eric and Simon have found a suitable replacement: Thiago Presto. Thiago was born in São Paulo, Brazil, in 1986 and can look back on a wealth of band experience. After many stints in metal and cover bands in Brazil, he made his way to Leipzig in 2019. His style is influenced by Brazilian music, such as samba, axé, bossa nova, sertanejo, maracuta, forró and many others. Many drummers have influenced his style, including Marcos Deep, Cleverson Silva, Igor Cavalera, Mike Portnoy and Eloy Casagrande. He is now a full member of Godzilla In The Kitchen.

To ring in this new era, the band has made another far-reaching decision: Godzilla In The Kitchen is now working with the booking agency Broken Music. The band is very happy to have such a professional and dedicated guy like Thomas at their side. Together they look forward to a promising future.

About the Band:
Godzilla In The Kitchen already thrilled 2022 and 2023 at the WACKEN OPEN AIR. Over a year after the release of their 2nd album “EXODUS” and two subsequent tours, the band will also have some gigs in 2024 before starting to work on their 3rd album.

As a follow-up to the impressive debut album GODZILLA IN THE KITCHEN, EXODUS also presents itself as an authentic and lively instrumental work, which invites you to dive in and enjoy. It was released in October 2022 under Argonauta Records, the label of the Band.
