Revenge will release new album ‘Behold.Total.Rejection’ on November 13th
REVENGE have completed work on their highly anticipated fifth full-length. The Canadian black metal chaos extremists have chosen the title ‘Behold.Total.Rejection’ for the album, which will be released worldwide by Season of Mist on November 13th.
‘Behold.Total.Rejection’ will include the tracks “Desolation Insignia”, “Hate Nomad”, “Wolf Slave Protocol (Choose Your Side)”, and “Scum Defection (Outsider Neutralized)”, among others. Artwork and the complete official track list will be revealed in September.
“With ‘Behold.Total.Rejection’, REVENGE maintain a lone-wolf approach despite joining Season of Mist’s venerable roster of bands. Although history has repeatedly proven that a transition to a higher profile label tends to yield a watering down of the content and intensity of most bands’ music, in the case of REVENGE, ‘Behold.Total.Rejection’ reflects the exact opposite effect. This album is a manifesto of rejection – rejection of the groundswell of mediocrity within the scene, rejection of compromise as a means of embracing of a wider audience, rejection of the dogma and strictures of religion and the trappings of the feeble social slave. Since the band’s inception, each album has explored and refined the philosophical and ideological core that drives the band’s music and imagery. REVENGE extol the virtues of the uncompromising self at war with the banality of complacent existence and the common man: debased and docile, living on his knees feeding at the trough of inferiority.

Formed in 2000 by J. Read (BLOOD REVOLT, ex-CONQUEROR), REVENGE has become one of the most respected bands in the worldwide black metal underground.
Using militant imagery, and behind the force of savage live shows, the band has built a die-hard following amongst the extreme factions of the black and death metal scenes.
REVENGE have performed live as part of select festivals such as Maryland Deathfest, Nuclear War Now! Fest, and Black Flames of Blasphemy as well as toured alongside renowned bands such as MAYHEM, WATAIN, INQUISITION, DESTRÖYER 666, BEHEMOTH, and DEICIDE among many others.
